My name is Elizabeth Nicolle. With over a decade of experience in corporate HR and recruiting, and as a former D1 collegiate athlete at an Ivy League university, I understand the demands of high-performance environments. This background shapes my approach to corporate wellness: helping individuals manage stress, increase resilience, and perform at their best by addressing the ‘whole person.’
My passion for mindfulness and meditation grew from my journey in corporate spaces, where I saw firsthand the impact of stress and burnout on teams and leadership. Since then, I have made it my mission to share the benefits of meditation and mindfulness.
