ABOUT ME

I am Elizabeth Nicolle and for over a decade I have served others by leading wellness classes and workshops. I decided to be intentional about that mission and expand my services. I value yoga and mindfulness and as an observant problem solver I founded Mindful Moments to share my knowledge with the world around me.
