A 10 day journey in Self-Compassion

Love yourself is a 10 meditation program centered around self-compassion and love for yourself. Learn how to treat yourself with kindness and respect by incorporating self-love and self-compassion into your daily life.

Sound familiar? If so, this program is for you. Through this 10 day program you will learn to put yourself first and you will leave with a deeper understanding of self-compassion and love for yourself. Do you want to approach each day with a strong sense of self and view life like this:

With a hectic schedule and demanding priorities, integrating mindfulness into my life isn't something that always makes the cut. Through this class, Elizabeth has made the practice extremely accessible and achievable, allowing me to add it naturally into my day to day and wellness practice. Now mindfulness is not an added task, but a tool I can reach to to help bring balance to my day.
I attended Elizabeth’s meditation class not knowing what to expect. A lot of friends encouraged it, but I didn’t realize it was something I needed until after the class was over. Elizabeth's voice is so calming and she explains the purpose and the goal of the class before we even get started. I left with a peaceful restful feeling.

Participants will have access to 5 meditations each week, 3 of which will be lead live at 7:00 CST on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The classes will be lead via Zoom and streamed live and participants can rewatch classes via the digital library. If you miss the live class you can always watch at your convenience. Facebook not required.
Cultivate your self-compassion skills through weekly exercises.
Meditations on Demand
Access to 2 additional meditations each week. Listen to these meditations at your convenience. Perhaps listening at different times each day to determine which time aligns best with your lifestyle. Facebook not required.
Document your journey throughout the program in the printable journal. It comes complete with a daily quote and space for self reflection.
I THINK TOO MUCH FOR MEDITATION.
There is no such thing! Our minds wander from time to time. The goal is never to stop the thoughts, but to recognize when we are thinking.
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER MEDITATED BEFORE?
Now is the perfect time to start! No prior knowledge or experience with meditation is required for this program.
WHAT IF I AM BUSY AT THE START TIME?
The meditations will occur every morning at 7:00 am CST. If you are not available, you can always watch the replay.
WHICH POSITION IS BEST FOR MEDITATION?
You can meditate in the position that is most comfortable for you. You can sit on the floor, a chair, a meditation cushion, or lay down.
HOW WILL I ACCESS THE LIVE MEDITATIONS?
You can access all of the live meditations through Zoom. Recordings will be available in our Facebook Group and through the website.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE FACEBOOK?
You can still participate! Facebook is not required.
