Araceli H.

With a hectic schedule and demanding priorities, integrating mindfulness into my life isn't something that always makes the cut. Elizabeth has made the practice extremely accessible and achievable, allowing me to add it naturally into my day to day and wellness practice. Now mindfulness is not an added task, but a tool I can reach to to help bring balance to my day.

Stephanie P.

I attended Elizabeth’s meditation class not knowing what to expect. A lot of friends encouraged it, but I didn’t realize it was something I needed until after the class was over. Elizabeth's voice is so calming and she explains the purpose and the goal of the class before we even get started. I left with a peaceful restful feeling.

I am fairly new to meditation and I found that Elizabeth's meditations were both energizing and soothing. I prefer to meditate in the mornings because I was able to start my day feeling focused and in control.

Meet Your Guide

My name is Elizabeth Nicolle, and like many of you, I’ve faced the challenges of a demanding professional and personal life. The stress, the overwhelm, the constant feeling that there is never enough time. I know that feeling all too well. But, I also know that there is another way.

I found meditation at a pivotal moment, just before the pandemic turned our world upside down. The skills and tools I learned in meditation helped me navigate 2020, multiple layoffs, and the everyday demands of life. It wasn’t easy, but with persistence, it became the most valuable part of my day.

As a meditation teacher, I am passionate about guiding others through the journey of meditation. I believe that everyone on this planet deserves the balance and the awareness meditation brings into your life, and it is my purpose to share this practice with you.

Whether you are navigating the demands of a busy corporate career or simply seeking more balance in life, I am here to support you. I know how hard it can be to start meditating, and how hard it is to maintain a practice, but with the right guidance, it’s possible.

If you are curious about meditation and want to take the next step towards living each moment of your life more mindfully, I’d be honored to guide you through The Mindful You.

“Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness. If, in our heart, we still cling to anything - anger, anxiety, or possessions - we cannot be free.”

― Thich Nhat Hanh
