Welcome to The Mindful You! In this 2-week mindfulness program, you will meditate, practice yoga, build a strong community, and learn about the benefits of mindfulness. You will develop the steps towards a daily meditation practice and learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.
Be confident that no matter where you are coming from or what stressors are present in your life, this 2-week program is the perfect opportunity for you to live life more mindfully and connect with other like-minded individuals. If you are new to meditation and mindfulness or if you are looking to deepen your current practice, this program is for you. It is your chance to connect with the present moment. Your chance to be here now. Your chance to take a step towards a more mindful life.

Two weeks to a More Mindful Being
Each week, Elizabeth will lead participants through 3 live guided meditations on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The classes will be lead via Zoom and streamed live and participants can rewatch classes via the digital library. If you miss the live class you can always watch at your convenience. Facebook not required!
SATURDAY DEEP STRETCH
Saturdays mornings Elizabeth will lead a 30-minute deep stretch class where we will explore different movement patterns and connect with our breath while focusing on each moment as it unfolds.
MINDFUL HAPPY HOUR
This your opportunity to connect virtually with other members of the program! During our happy hour, you can enjoy your favorite cocktail (or mocktail) while getting to know everyone a little better.
Each day you will be provided with a thought or a mindfulness exercise linked to our morning meditation. This is intended to help build your informal mindfulness practice and can be done at your own convenience.
Document your journey throughout the program in The Mindful You printable journal. It comes complete with a daily quote and space for reflection throughout the day.
I am fairly new to meditation and I found that Elizabeth's meditations were both energizing and soothing. I prefer to meditate in the mornings because I was able to start my day feeling focused and in control.
I attended Elizabeth’s meditation class not knowing what to expect. A lot of friends encouraged it, but I didn’t realize it was something I needed until after the class was over. Elizabeth's voice is so calming and she explains the purpose and the goal of the class before we even get started. I left with a peaceful restful feeling.

There is no such thing! Our minds wander from time to time. The goal is never to stop the thoughts, but to recognize when we are thinking.
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER MEDITATED BEFORE?
Now is the perfect time to start! No prior knowledge or experience with meditation is required for this program.
WHAT IF I AM BUSY AT THE START TIME?
The meditations will occur every morning at 7:00 am CST. If you are not available, you can always watch the replay in our Private Facebook Group.
WHICH POSITION IS BEST FOR MEDITATION?
You can meditate in the position that is most comfortable for you. You can sit on the floor, a chair, a meditation cushion, or lay down.
HOW WILL I ACCESS THE LIVE MEDITATIONS?
You can access all of the live meditations through Zoom. Recordings will be available in our Facebook Group.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS IS FOR ME?
